All service packs can be used for updating the corresponding release version only - i.e. a service pack 9.41-03 requires a base installation of VISUM 9.4. The updates are cumulative, meaning that the latest service pack includes all earlier ones.
The setup wizard will ask you to put in your hardlock ID, so this number no longer needs to be filled in on the previous page. This is only required for older VISUM versions (up to 9.2).
Customers with a maintenance contract will automatically receive the program updates. Service packs will not be mailed automatically.(Customers without a maintenance contract are kindly requested to send their enquiries to sales.de@ptvgroup.com.)
A setup wizard will guide you through the installation of a VISUM service pack. The corresponding setup file Update940.exe is available for download in both packed and unpacked format. Please execute this program and follow the instructions of the setup wizard.
A couple of VISUM add-ons are located in a separate section of the download area. To get access, please type in the corresponding password on the start page.
